Like what? I love spotting editing continuity flaws! I know all of the ones in the Wizard of Oz
Well…in this latest episode I noticed a lot of tiny errors during conversation when they would switch from the OTS (over the shoulder) shots. Mostly with Neil, actually.
When we were in the shots where Ted is the focus and you see the back/shoulder of Barney, there were times when the words didn’t quite match up with Barney’s mouth. (On top of being a film major, I love reading lips) As in, it looked like he was saying a completely different word. Head/body movements also didn’t match a few times in a similar way.
They are such tiny things that you really can’t notice right away unless you have a more or less trained eye to spot them when they occur.
And unfortunately…I do. -__-
